First, in order to become a Venture Fidelis business an LLC or a Corporation must make a commitment to running their business in accord with the teachings of the Catholic Church by adopting legal policies that bind the actions of said business according to those teachings. This is simply done by adding a Statement of Faith and Purpose to the Optional Provisions section in the business’s Articles of Incorporation.

Please consult an attorney before relying upon any of the policies contained in this document. Each business is unique and regulations vary by state, and so decisions about whether and how to implement these policies should not be made without seeking appropriate professional advice.

Second, once a business commits to operate as a faithful venture through the adopting of the Statement of Faith and Purpose, they can register with Venture Fidelis for inclusion within our directory of Venture Fidelis businesses.
